1 more day.

Tomorrow is the big day.

The day that we are waiting for, the day our 10 months worth of efforts will paid off. The result doesn’t matter anymore. I have enjoyed this journey so much that I will have no regrets after leaving this band. But when I think of leaving this band, I have to admit that I’m actually filled with sadness and reluctant feelings.

Therefore, I’m going to cherish every moment with the band members tomorrow. Especially the 10minutes of our performance. That will be the most memorable 10 minutes of my life.

加油! 頑張って! 화이팅! Susu! West Spring Military Band, we can do it! :)

Very often when we are choosing from so many different degree options in a university, we all hope that we can take up more than one option.

If you have this opportunity to choose between the lists of double major degree programmes that Kaplan offers, how best would you use this skill to advance your life’s goals?

Now you can advance your life goals with Murdoch’s Double Major Degree and Masters programmes offered at Kaplan Higher Education on a full time and part time basis.

Check out the courses that Kaplan offers!

You could just be enjoying the best of both worlds by taking up more than 1 course of your interests! :D

Didn’t blog for almost 1 month… Sorry!
Shall do some quick updates tonight~~:

Been busier than ever! Band sessions, thrice a week. Last friday’s band practice was until 9PM due to masterclass. Although tired, but the time spend was actually quite productive! :) And night training is more fun ;)
Anyway, the sessions are gonna increase to 4 per week starting from Feb! Tired, but 2 more months to go, so have to keep going! Hwaiting!

CT1 in another week’s time~ I really should find the time to study! And try to stay more focused in class. I don’t know why, I just feel very sleepy during the first few periods of lesson. :| This is not good, I know.

加油加油,I believe I can survive this!

Happy New Year! (I know I’m late :x) It’s 2012! I have to say that 2011 was one of the most meaningful years in my life. Hmm, perhaps I should share some memorable events from 2011! :)

1 April
Happy April’s Fools Day! Got fooled seriously by someone. I make sure I’ll be more careful this year!

10-15June
Went to Osaka and Tokyo in Japan. One of the best vacations in my life ^.^

27 October
School sports day @ CCK Stadium. Super awesome! Ran at a sports day for the 1st time after 8 years. That feeling was really GREAT.

8 October
Forever remember this day. :’) Class party on this day, and we played running man & musical chairs hehehe~^^ Best part of the class party was that, my dear friends planned a surprise celebration for me ^^ More surprising was that they did not gave me a birthday cake – they gave me a birthday cookie instead~ (from Famous Amos!)

8-12 December
Taiwan – Taipei trip! Mainly shopping, but still, I liked the place pretty much! Some of the shops really have nice stuff that you want to spend all your money on. Taipei is quite beautiful too! And the food from the street stalls, they are yummy & cheap! :)

19-25 December
Band trip to Kedah! Out of my expectations – better than what I imagined. Days in Kedah passed very fast and the time spend there was not gone to a waste, since we (bandmates) bonded quite a lot. Learnt many things from this experience, and of course, I missed the times over there!

Well, I guess these are the more remarkable events in 2011 that I can remarkable! Since it’s 2012, I should come up with some new year resolutions~

1. Better results in studies. Common resolution, I know. But I really can’t afford to waste this year, or else I bet I can’t keep up when I reach sec 4 next year. So, gambatte! Really hope I will be able to focus on academics this year.

2. Do better in CCA. To be honest, I don’t think I’d really achieved anything in my CCA (Guzheng) for the past 2 years. I even think that’s the reason why I lost my passion for guzheng. Maybe it’s because of the April incident? I don’t know. /Vexed. As for my ‘part-time’ CCA (Band), I really hope we can get a gold this year! Let’s work hard together to strive for what we really want :D

3. Happiness & Peace.  Hope that all can be happy this year! We don’t want sad memories :( And, peace in the family! Hope I argue/fight less with my siblings hehehe ^^;

4. Music – Hope to continue doing well in music (piano)~ Taking my grade 8 exam this year. Must not let my parents down! They’ve been sponsoring my music studies for so many years, it’s not the time to let them down.

That’s all I have. Just like the start of every year, let’s hope for this year to be a better year! \(^^)/

I’m finally back in Singapore again! This time, from Kedah, Malaysia. Went there for band training from 19Dec-23Dec.

19 December
Went to school @ 5+ and we left school at around 6am for Malaysia. Had a tiring ride and we arrived at the hotel @ around 7pm. I spent my time on the bus listening to my mp3, iPod, watching movie, and sleeping. It’s damn boring. Glad that there’s wifi at the hotel, but the sad fact is that I had to stand outside my room to get a perfect wifi signal :(

20 December
Woke up at 5am, had buffet breakfast at 6am and we left the hotel for the school at around 7am. To be honest, there was nothing much to eat, but, well, what can I expect? Training started from around 8 & we had lunch served by the students at 1+. Training resumes after lunch break, all the way to 6PM & we were back to hotel for dinner. That’s not the end of the day, because we went back to the school for night training until 10.30PM.

21 December
Same routine as the day before, but this time we had McDonalds for lunch! :D

22 & 23 December
Last day of training! :D We had KFC for lunch and dinner in their school hall at night. The performances & games they put up were really entertaining ;) Went back to hotel afterwards & had supper at around 1am ~ Only had 2 hours of rest after I went to bed at 3am. Freaking tired when I woke up!

23 December
Slept on the bus for most of the time while on the bus! (Even more than the previous time) I feel like a pig the whole time, sleeping on the bus while others are probably enjoying the scenery & chatting -.- Had lunch @ IOI Mall, I bought A&W burger. Not recommended, there’s nothing special about the burger. McChicken is nicer. Had dinner @ Lucky Garden. Sat at a table with a bunch of interesting people ;) Laughters all the way ;D

This trip was out of my expectations and it turns out to be fun! :D Shared some interesting and fun times with the band people, especially those in the same section as me :) And thanks to Susanna for joining us in this trip, although you’ve already graduated! ^^
